Oslo 2014 ble utgitt av Slektshistorisk forlag i 2015 og inneholder de fleste foredragene som ble holdt under Den 31. internasjonale kongress for genealogi og heraldikk i Oslo 2014.
Hovedtemaet for kongressen var, jf. kongressrapportens tittel, Innvirkning på genealogi og heraldikk av store hendelser i en nasjons historie. Temaet hadde sin bakgrunn i at det i 2014 var 200 år siden Norge fikk sin grunnlov, og det var 700 år siden Oslo ble Norges offisielle hovedstad, to jubileer som ble markert i løpet av året. Kongressen ble arrangert i fellesskap av Norsk Heraldisk Forening og Norsk Slektshistorisk Forening.
Elin Galtung Lihaug var redaktør for kongressraporten og hadde med seg Jan Eide, Carsten Berg Høgenhoff, Terje Rye og Kaare Seeberg Sidselrud som redaksjonsmedlemmer. Eide (leder), Lihaug og Sidselrud var alle medlemmer av hovedkomiteen som hadde arrangøransvaret for kongressen.
